How long will it take to receive my first subscription order?

Your first order will ship immediately, if you have ordered before the 15th of the month. If you place your order on or after the 15th your order will be shipped on the 1st day of the following month.
Recurring payment is due on the 15th of each month.
We ship your recurring monthly tea on the first day of each month.

Can I change the blends after I placed my order?

Yes. Simply login to your account and select the teas you would like to receive in the upcoming subscription box. Click checkout as normal, you will not be charged at checkout for changing your tea selection.

Are my payment details secure?

To ensure the highest standards of security and stability we partner with Stripe.

Stripe is a third-party secure-payment provider. Stripe holds all customer card details and facilitate payment processes for Freebird. You can read more about Stripe at www.stripe.com. Please also check our Privacy Policy for more details.

How much does shipping cost for subscription plans?

We offer free shipping to the UK and Ireland. To ship to other countries you will be charged a flat rate.

Is your tea packaged in a nut free environment?

Freebird tea & coffee is not packaged in a nut free environment.
